As an academic establishment since 1981, we are fully committed to our service policy that consistently thrives on providing quality and value-added educational courses and services to local and international students alike.

We are fully committed towards the education process of all our students and in doing so we strive to achieve the highest quality standard in all aspects of our operations. We are one of the first private education organisations (PEOs) in Singapore to achieve the ISO 9001: 2000 quality certification for our quality management systems and services as well as the CaseTrust Mark for Education. We also attained the prestigious Singapore Quality Class (SQC) Award for PEOs which is yet another clear endorsement of our service quality and excellence.

Student well-being and satisfaction are important to us. That’s why we have created a Student Services Department to serve as a contact point for our students. We have also established a special International Student Admission (ISA) Team to take care of our diverse group of international students to assist them to phase in to the Singapore environment quickly.

We have a pool of over 50 full-time academic staff supported by more than 150 part-time academic staff from the industry to guide our students in gaining well-balanced knowledge and perspectives in the course of their studies. On the average, our student-teacher ratio is normally about 20:1 for lab sessions and 40:1 for theory lessons.

As for our facilities, we have 60 computer / resource / class rooms with a seating capacity of over 1500 students spanning across 2 campuses, Peninsula Plaza and Capitol Centre, right in the heart of the city, equipped with wireless internet connection.

We adopt a transparent fee structure and all the fee components are fully made known to the students at the point of registration. We ensure the highest level of integrity in our dealings at all times. Students who are not clear with our fees are welcome to contact our Student Recruitment & Marketing Department.

Every concern raised will be addressed as promptly as possible. Concerns raised by our students will be acknowledged within 1 working day and the resolution process will be explained to them.
