AIMS
The aim of the Diploma in Business Administration and Marketing (DBAM) is to provide students with the basic knowledge in business and marketing and also to provide students with the necessary foundation for undergraduate studies in business and other related areas. This Diploma also aims to help students meet career opportunities in the financial, manufacturing and commercial sectors.

CAMBRIDGE INTERNATIONAL EXAMINATIONS(CIE)
DURATION & DELIVERY
Full Time : 6 Months (2 terms)
Part Time : 9 Months (3 terms)
The Diploma is modular and delivered on a semester basis. Students take 2 or 3 modules per semester, with each semester covering a period of 10 weeks. Classes are delivered on a lecture/tutorial basis
Full-time students will have a 15 class contact hours per week (7.5 lectures and 7.5 tutorials/seminars or lab).
Part-time students will have between 6 to 9 hours per week. Students attending evening classes will have 2 evenings a week of lectures, with a bi-weekly tutorial/seminar or lab session scheduled on another evening.

Each module is assessed by coursework only.
The Diploma may be awarded at PASS, CREDIT, DISTINCTION and HIGH DISTINCTION levels according to the following criteria, based upon the overall average for all Modules at the appropriate level.

Students must pass all modules at the first attempt to be eligible for , DISTINCTION and HIGH DISTINCTION awards.
Entry Requirements
Students must be 16 years of age
or above, and have one of the following:
GCE 'O' Level
NITEC
Other equivalent qualifications
Students who do not meet minimum entry requirements
or with GCE 'N' Level qualifications need to sit and
pass a psychometric test administered by TMC.
Course Fees
All fees stated are in Singapore dollars. GST is included.
University Registration and Examination Fees are not
included.
PROGRESSION
Upon successful completion of the Diploma students can enter the TMC-CIE Higher Diploma in Business. (link to HDB webpage) which leads to the following degrees:
- Deakin Bachelor of Commerce
- Greenwich Bachelor of Arts (Honours) Business Administration
- Greenwich Bachelor of Arts (Honours) Accounting & Finance
