- take pride in providing accurate, on time information and services
- offer equally good service to all internal and external customers

Affinity
I will:
- have a ‘win-win’ mindset towards all stakeholders
- respect diversity and work with others in harmony
- work with others as a team to achieve common goals
- support my colleagues with customers’ interest in mind
- proactively provide information and feedback to my colleagues to ensure in turn they are able to respond in good time.
I will not:
- draw lines between different functions
- reject constructive feedback and criticise fellow colleagues
Continuous improvement
I will:
- think out of the box and seek opportunities for growth
- be open to new ideas and view training as part of continuous learning and sharing
- learn from past failures and mistakes and view problems as opportunities.
- move out of my comfort zone to take on new challenges.
- look for new ways of doing things even when the current ways seem to be working fine
I will not:
- procrastinate tasks assigned to me
- be defensive when colleagues provide feedback
Empowerment
I will:
- take charge of the assigned tasks with full authority and responsibility
- adopt new approaches to address stakeholders’ concerns and meet their needs
- take initiative in my work
- whistle blow when appropriate
- acknowledge complaints raised by customers and take ownership to resolve them quickly.
I will not:
- disadvantage anyone who makes a mistake but acknowledge for improvement
